Surprisingly good-natured and funny, computer greats Steve Jobs of Apple and Bill Gates of Microsoft were joint-interviewed last night onstage at "D," the Wall Street Journal's technology conference. Fascinating stuff… I tend to forget how intertwined their histories are.
